Join a market-leading real estate finance team advising lenders and borrowers on a broad range of real estate secured financing across UK and cross-border transactions. Work will include development finance, hotel finance, Islamic finance, mezzanine and other real-estate-backed financings across sectors such as hotels & leisure, PRS, student accommodation, logistics and offices.

The role offers close collaboration with senior lawyers, varied transaction work, and active exposure to business development opportunities. The team promotes a supportive, collegiate environment with scope to contribute to practice growth and develop technical and client-facing skills.

Qualified solicitor / qualified lawyer with a minimum of 1 PQE
Experience on real estate finance transactions (lender- and/or borrower-side)
Strong technical drafting skills and knowledge of finance documentation
Commercial mindset, excellent client communication and relationship skills
Organised team player able to manage competing deadlines; proactive and self-motivated
