Seeking an Associate to join a national real estate finance practice with multiple U.S. offices. The team handles a broad range of debt, debt-like and equity investments secured by or invested in real estate, with particular focus on construction financing and multi-tiered capital structures.

Successful candidates will work on lender- and borrower-side transactions, including structured real estate finance, preferred equity and distressed commercial real estate matters. The role offers regular partner-level exposure, client contact, and opportunities for professional development within a collegial national practice.

2–5 years of real estate finance or related transactional experience
Experience with construction financing, mezzanine or multi-tiered capital transactions
Familiarity with lender- and borrower-side representation and structured real estate financings
Active bar admission in the state where candidate will be based
Strong academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills, and ability to work directly with partners and clients
