Our firm is seeking an associate with 2-5 years of experience to join our Real Estate Finance group within the Finance Department. The role offers the flexibility to be based in any of several preferred office locations, including Seattle, Philadelphia, and Baltimore.

You will work on a broad range of debt, debt-like, and equity transactions secured by or invested in real estate projects, with particular emphasis on construction financing and multi-tiered capital structures. Our national practice has closed transactions across all 50 states, providing exposure to sophisticated structured finance, preferred equity investments, and distressed commercial real estate matters.

The group focuses primarily on lender and capital provider-side work, though borrower-side experience is also welcome. You will have the opportunity to work directly with partners, gain client contact, and thrive in a collegial, entrepreneurial environment. Strong academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills, and an active bar license in the location you wish to be considered are required.
