Seeking an associate to join a busy real estate finance practice handling lending, mortgage-backed securities and REIT-related matters. The role focuses on structuring, negotiating and closing real estate finance transactions for a mix of local, regional and national institutional clients.

The team provides practical, transaction-oriented advice across development, financing and asset-management matters. This is a multi-office US role with significant transactional exposure and opportunities to work on complex financings and portfolio-level matters.

Positions may be based in several US markets. Listed salary ranges for representative West Coast offices (where applicable) are $250,000–$300,000 annually; standard benefits and possible contingent compensation apply based on performance and location.

Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent and active bar admission in the relevant US jurisdiction (or ability to obtain).
Experience in real estate finance transactions (lending, mortgage-backed securities, or REIT matters).
Strong transactional drafting, negotiation and due-diligence skills.
Ability to manage client relationships and work collaboratively on deal teams.
