Real Estate Mid-Level - Senior Associate

A leading international law firm is seeking a mid-level to senior associate to join its growing Real Estate practice in San Francisco. The team handles a broad range and high volume of commercial real estate transactions.

The practice represents institutional equity investors and private equity real estate funds across all phases of the investment cycle, as well as sophisticated lending transactions.

The role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and expanding practice with a strong deal flow.

• At least 4 years of relevant experience (JD 2021 or equivalent)
• Experience across multiple areas of commercial real estate
• Significant experience with acquisitions, dispositions and financings
• Joint venture experience is a plus
