Real Estate Partner — Leeds

A leading international law firm is seeking a senior Real Estate lawyer to join its Leeds office as a partner. The role will focus on leading and growing the local real estate practice, handling a broad range of transactional work and advising corporate and institutional clients.

Work will include complex property transactions, commercial leasing, development and investment work and acting on real estate-related finance matters. The successful candidate will lead a small team, contribute to business development, and help shape service delivery for regional clients.

• Established partner-level experience in UK real estate law, with a strong track record on transactional work.
• Proven client development and relationship management capabilities.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring senior associates.
• Qualified to practise in England and Wales (or eligible) and able to work from the Leeds office.
