Senior Real Estate partner-level opportunity within a well-established national practice based in Manchester. The role will lead on commercial development and investment work, drawing on strong technical skills across development, investment, landlord & tenant and related real estate disciplines.

The team works closely with corporate, finance and restructuring colleagues and with non-legal property specialists, offering a platform to win and service larger, cross-disciplinary mandates. The post-holder will be expected to grow a regional client base and contribute to team leadership.

Proven track record in commercial real estate law with experience in development and real estate investments.
