An established international law firm is seeking a senior Real Estate practitioner to join its Paris office as a Lateral Partner. This is an opportunity to lead and grow a real estate practice within a highly regarded global platform, working alongside a sophisticated cross-border client base.

The role covers the full spectrum of real estate work, including acquisitions and disposals, real estate finance, development projects, asset management and structuring. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex transactions in the French market and building strong client relationships.

The firm is known for its collaborative culture and international reach, offering an attractive platform for a partner looking to develop a practice with both domestic and cross-border dimensions. French language fluency and experience within the Paris market are essential.

Admission to practise in France (avocat) with an established Paris market presence
Significant experience leading complex real estate transactions
Demonstrated ability to originate and maintain client relationships
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
Strong leadership, business development and team-building skills
