The ideal candidate will have substantial experience acting for both borrowers and lenders in real estate finance matters. A focus on debt or equity work is a plus. This is a senior, non-partner position suited to a seasoned practitioner looking for a platform with complex, cross-border real estate work.
- Extensive experience in real estate finance, including acting for borrowers and lenders
- Background in acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures
- Debt or equity focus preferred
- Strong academic credentials
- Prior experience at a peer firm preferred
