Real Estate Transactions Associate — New York

Seeking an associate to join a busy New York real estate transactions team at a nationally recognized firm. The role focuses on commercial real estate matters across leasing, acquisitions and sales, construction-related work, joint ventures, real estate M&A and financings.

The team represents a range of clients including developers, owners, investors, REITs, lenders and occupiers on complex transactional matters. The position offers exposure to high‑volume transactional work and a collaborative team environment, with competitive compensation and standard benefits.

• 1–7 years of transactional real estate experience (commercial leasing, acquisitions/sales, construction, joint ventures, real estate M&A, financings)
• Admission to the New York Bar required
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills; experience managing transactions from diligence through closing
• Comfort working with institutional and private clients and cross‑functional teams
