Join a highly regarded international law firm's Frankfurt office as an Associate in Corporate/M&A, advising leading German and international companies, banks, and financial investors on domestic and cross-border transactions.

The role spans the full deal lifecycle: structuring transactions, conducting due diligence, negotiating contracts, and developing innovative solutions for complex mandates. You will handle joint ventures, public takeovers, restructurings, group reorganisations, carve-outs, competitive bidding processes, and international group acquisitions, including takeover defence.

As part of an integrated international team, you will work closely with clients and other advisers, planning and coordinating the work of specialists in Germany and abroad. Fully qualified German lawyer (Rechtsanwält*in) with Predikatsexamen
Open to entry-level candidates or those with first experience in a law firm or other legal function
