Rechtsanwalt (m/w/d) — Private Clients (Estate Planning & Foundations)

Experienced lawyer wanted for a busy private client team advising high-net-worth individuals, families and foundations on estate planning, succession and foundation law. The role covers drafting and implementing wills and trusts, advising on charitable giving structures and handling probate and succession matters.

The position is open across multiple German offices and offers exposure to cross-office matters and collaborative team work. Candidates should expect a mix of advisory mandates and estate administration, working with private and institutional clients.

• Qualified lawyer admitted to the German bar (Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin)
• Practical experience in estate planning, succession law and foundation (Stiftungen) matters
• Familiarity with probate/estate administration and charitable giving structures
• Good German language skills; English desirable
