Regulatory Lawyer — Compliance & Regulatory

We are seeking experienced regulatory lawyers to join a global practice advising clients on regulatory compliance, enforcement risk and dealings with regulators. Roles are open across multiple offices and will involve cross-border work and coordination with other practice groups.

Candidates will work on regulatory advice, internal investigations, compliance programmes and regulatory risk management for corporate and financial services clients. The team handles complex, multi-jurisdictional matters and supports both contentious and non-contentious regulatory work.

• Qualified lawyer in at least one relevant jurisdiction (bar admission or equivalent)
• Proven experience in regulatory and compliance matters (advice, investigations or enforcement)
• Strong drafting, regulatory analysis and client-facing skills
• Comfortable working on cross-border matters and with multi-disciplinary teams
• Ability to manage multiple matters and communicate complex regulatory issues clearly
