Join a large residential development team advising national and regional housebuilders, promoters and landowners on land acquisition and development work. The role focuses on complex residential schemes, including strategic land, urban regeneration and disposals of serviced parcels.

Day-to-day work will include acting on development agreements, conditional contracts and options, collaboration agreements, funding arrangements and related disposals. You will work closely with planning, construction and litigation specialists to deliver a full-service offering to clients.

Qualified solicitor with 3+ years post-qualification experience
Experience in land acquisition and residential development transactions (options, conditional contracts, development agreements)
Familiarity with disposals to housing associations/developers, funding arrangements and collaboration agreements
Strong commercial drafting and negotiation skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams (planning, construction, litigation)
