An international law firm's London office is seeking a Restructuring Associate (2–3 PQE / Class of 2022–2023) to join its busy restructuring practice. The successful candidate will work closely with private investment management firms, corporates, and facility borrowers.

The role involves engaging in cross-border and UK restructurings across a variety of industry sectors, providing strategic solutions and support to clients. The associate will assist in the management and execution of restructuring projects, collaborating with clients and internal teams to develop and implement restructuring strategies.

Responsibilities also include conducting financial analysis and modelling to support restructuring initiatives, preparing detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, staying updated on industry trends and regulatory changes, and ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

2–3 PQE (Class of 2022–2023) with relevant experience in restructuring or finance
Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects
Knowledge of cross-border and UK restructuring processes
