Restructuring & Insolvency Lawyer — Banking/Finance

Leading international law firm is recruiting lawyers for its restructuring and insolvency practice in Germany. The role involves advising on restructurings, insolvency proceedings and related financing matters in both national and cross-border contexts.

You will work on high-profile mandates representing companies, shareholders, lenders and other investors, often with significant public interest. The team offers early responsibility, structured training and development, and opportunities to work on complex, market-shaping matters.

• German qualification (two Staatsexamina) or equivalent national qualification
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Strong interest/experience in restructuring, insolvency and distressed-debt matters
• Team-oriented, commercially minded and able to take early responsibility
• Doctorate (Promotion) or LL.M. is a plus; candidates at entry-level or with relevant experience are invited to apply
