Restructuring & Insolvency Partner — Paris

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a restructuring and insolvency practice in Paris within an established international law firm. The role focuses on high-value creditor and debtor-side advisory, cross-border insolvency matters and complex out-of-court restructurings.

The successful candidate will lead engagements, develop client relationships across France and internationally, and work with the firm's broader finance and restructuring platform.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant experience in restructuring and insolvency matters (French market experience preferred)
• Proven track record of client origination and practice leadership at partner level
• Fluency in French and English; qualified to practice in France or equivalent admission
