Restructuring Partner - Dallas

Leading national law firm is seeking a Restructuring Partner to join its Dallas office and help grow a market-facing restructuring and special-situations practice. The role focuses on advising lenders, creditors, sponsors, distressed companies and other stakeholders on workouts, restructurings, insolvency proceedings and distressed M&A.

The successful candidate will have an established track record of originating and handling complex restructuring matters across in-court and out-of-court processes, and will work closely with finance, bankruptcy and litigation colleagues across the firm.
