Restructuring Partner - New York

Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a restructuring practice within a major New York office. The role focuses on advising corporate debtors, creditors, sponsors and other stakeholders on restructurings, distressed financings and related insolvency matters.

The team works across in-court restructurings and out-of-court workouts, collaborating with finance and litigation colleagues. The firm is seeking an experienced partner who can develop client relationships, originate work and provide senior-level matter leadership.
