Restructuring Partner — Paris

Senior transactional lawyer sought to lead and grow a restructuring practice in Paris. The role focuses on debtor- and company-side restructuring, insolvency-related advisory and turnaround mandates, with responsibility for managing transactions and supervising a local team.

The partner will originate and develop relationships with corporates and advisors, steer complex cross-border restructurings, and work closely with the firm's European restructuring network. This is an opportunity to shape a market-facing practice within a well-established international firm.

• Portable book of business of 1.2M€ (EUR)
• Proven track record in debtor/company-side restructurings and insolvency matters
• Established client relationships and demonstrable origination capability
• Experience leading teams on cross-border matters; strong commercial judgment
• Fluent in French and English; qualified to practise in France or equivalent credentials
