Restructuring Partner — Paris

Senior restructuring partner role based in Paris for a major international law firm. The hire will lead and develop complex cross-border restructuring and insolvency matters, advising financial institutions, sponsors and corporate stakeholders.

The role involves building and managing a local team, originating business and collaborating with offices across jurisdictions on multi‑jurisdictional restructurings and distressed financings.

• Proven partner-level restructuring track record (cross-border experience preferred)
• Strong client origination and relationship-management skills
• Fluent in French and English; admitted in a relevant jurisdiction
• Proven team leadership and practice-development capability
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
