We are seeking a wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin / wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) to join our Corporate practice group in Munich. This is a part-time, flexible opportunity open to candidates at various stages—whether you are pursuing a doctorate, completing your legal studies, or in your Referendariat.

You will work closely with our partners and associates on live corporate matters, gaining exposure to a broad range of practice areas, including stock corporation and capital markets law, advising management and supervisory boards, shareholder disputes, liability issues, compliance, corporate group law, and D&O insurance.

The role involves legal research, analysis of legal issues, and preparation of structured summaries. You will also contribute to the drafting, review, and revision of legal documents, contracts, and—depending on the assignment—academic publications.

At least one (ideally two) fully satisfactory state examination(s) (vollbefriedigend)
Excellent command of English
Strong interest in commercial and economic issues, and in intellectually demanding work
Enthusiasm for using new technologies in the legal workplace
Structured approach to legal problems
Availability for at least two working days per week
