We are seeking a securities litigation associate with 3-5 years of experience to join a collaborative, growth-oriented team. This is an opportunity to take on high-stakes civil and regulatory work for some of the world's most innovative companies.

The practice handles a broad range of securities disputes for corporate and individual clients, including large public companies and leading technology and life sciences firms. Matters include securities class actions, shareholder derivative suits, merger litigation, and related civil actions, along with complex investigatory and regulatory work.

Associates are integrated into client teams with strong mentoring, training, and professional development support in a collegial environment.

JD from an accredited law school
Admission to the California bar
3-5 years of securities litigation or related experience
Experience with securities disputes and investigations or enforcement matters brought by federal and state agencies
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
Collaborative approach and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
