Seeking a mid-level securities litigation associate to join a busy Palo Alto office focused on business and securities disputes. You will work on securities class actions, shareholder derivative matters and corporate governance disputes for a mix of U.S. and international clients.

The role requires significant federal-court experience and strong drafting skills (including motions to dismiss). 4–6 years of litigation experience at a comparable law firm
Substantial experience with securities class actions, shareholder derivative actions, and shareholder demands
Strong federal-court litigation background; federal clerkship a plus
Proven drafting ability, especially motions to dismiss in securities cases
Experience supervising junior associates and professional staff
Admission to the California bar required
High level of academic achievement from law school
