Join a global debt capital markets team advising on securitisations, asset-backed financings and related structured finance transactions across a range of asset classes. The London group works closely with international offices on cross-border matters and acts for banks, arrangers, originators and non-bank lenders.

The role offers exposure to public and private securitisations, forward flow arrangements and asset-backed structures (automotive, consumer, SME, mortgages, equipment leases and supply‑chain finance). The team operates standard hybrid working (up to c.40% homeworking) with a 35-hour working week and flexible/agile patterns considered.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities include drafting and negotiating transaction documentation, providing technical legal advice on securitisation structures, managing project timelines and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. There are opportunities for professional development within an integrated international practice.

  • Qualified solicitor with approximately 2–3 years PQE (or equivalent experience) in securitisation/structured finance.
  • Strong academic record (minimum 2:1) and excellent drafting and written communication skills.
  • Practical experience or demonstrable interest in asset‑backed finance, securitisations and related DCM/structured finance work; experience from a top‑tier practice preferred.
  • Organised, client‑focused, able to manage transactions under pressure and work effectively in a team.
