Securitization Associate — Finance & Banking, New York

Our New York office is seeking a mid-level finance associate with strong securitization and structured finance experience. The role focuses on complex financing transactions, including securitizations, asset-backed financings and related structured products for a range of market participants.

The successful candidate will join an established finance team that advises banks, issuers, investors and other market participants on bespoke and innovative transactions. The group handles novel asset classes and market-leading, commercially driven mandates.

• 4–7 years of law firm experience in securitization, asset-backed or structured finance work
• Admission to the New York Bar
• Proven experience structuring and negotiating complex financing transactions
• Strong drafting, commercial judgment and teamwork skills
