An elite international law firm is seeking a Corporate associate to focus on complex financing transactions, with an emphasis on securitizations, asset-based finance, and other structured finance products. Based in the New York office, this is a full-time, permanent position.

The firm's securitization practice is known for structuring and negotiating highly bespoke transactions for a wide range of sophisticated market participants, including investment banks, investors, and issuers. The team operates at the forefront of new and esoteric asset classes, working creatively to expand and develop nascent markets.

4–7 years of law firm experience in Corporate/M&A, focusing on complex financing transactions
Substantive experience with securitization, asset-backed finance, and/or structured finance products
Admission to the New York Bar
Strong structuring, negotiation, and drafting skills for bespoke transactions
