National structured‑finance team seeking a mid‑to‑senior associate (senior level preferred) with significant securitization and structured‑finance experience. Work will focus on lender‑side securitizations, warehouse financings and related structured products, often involving consumer assets such as residential mortgage loans.

Transactions may include cross‑border features, off‑balance‑sheet structuring, intercreditor arrangements, and ABCP or balance‑sheet funding. The role is open to lawyers based in multiple U.S. offices; strong transactional experience and a relevant deal sheet are more important than geography.

Minimum ~5 years of post‑qualification structured finance/securitization experience.
Experience on securitizations, warehouse financings and related structured finance transactions; residential mortgage or other consumer‑asset experience strongly preferred.
Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex transaction documentation and to manage multi‑party financings (intercreditor, ABCP, off‑balance‑sheet structures).
U.S. bar admission and ability to practice from the U.S.; please include a deal sheet with your application.
