US Global Trade Finance practice seeking a senior associate or counsel with proven structured finance and securitization experience. The role focuses on lender-side private trade receivables securitizations, supply-chain finance, trade receivables monetization and related trade AR financings.

Work will involve cross-border and domestic transactions, off-balance-sheet structuring, intercreditor arrangements, trade credit insurance and ABCP- or balance-sheet-funded financings. Candidates should include a deal sheet with their application; relevant transaction experience is more important than class year.

Placement is flexible across U.S. offices (teams currently hiring in Charlotte, Chicago or New York), but candidates must be U.S.-based lawyers.

5+ years of structured finance / securitization experience, preferably on lender-side trade receivables, supply-chain finance or trade AR monetization
Experience with related products such as warehouse financing, ABCP, off-balance-sheet structuring and intercreditor arrangements
Strong academic credentials and sophisticated law‑firm transaction experience
U.S. bar admission and ability to practice from the U.S.; include a deal sheet with application
