Senior Advocate — Employment & Pensions

Experienced employment lawyer sought to join a busy Employment & Pensions practice that advises and litigates across the full spectrum of Dutch employment and pension law. The team handles matters for employers, works councils and pension administrators and works closely with corporate, tax, privacy and restructuring colleagues on transactions and reorganisations.

In this senior role you will take ownership of complex dossiers, act as a trusted sparring partner for clients and colleagues, and contribute to team development, knowledge sharing and quality assurance. The position is based across the firm's Netherlands offices; collaboration across locations is central to the practice.

• Minimum 6+ years' post-qualification experience in Dutch employment and pensions law
• Proven ability to manage complex advisory and litigation matters independently
• Experience supervising and coaching junior lawyers and trainees
• Strong Dutch and English communication skills (written and oral)
• Commercial mindset and willingness to contribute to business development and team growth
