An established Sydney corporate team is recruiting a Senior Associate or Associate to join its Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) group with a focus on venture capital, tech‑sector private M&A and high‑growth company advisory. The role covers investor- and company‑side capital raisings, private M&A for tech clients, joint ventures, equity incentive arrangements and general commercial work.

This is a permanent, full‑time role with hybrid working (approximately 60% in the office) and flexibility discussions on request. You will work closely with sector teams and a broad client base, supporting growth-stage and larger tech clients across transactional and advisory matters.

Experience in venture capital, private capital raisings and/or private M&A, ideally gained in a leading corporate practice.
Practical drafting and negotiation experience in an Australia or other common‑law jurisdiction.
Ability to manage smaller matters and take responsibility for elements of larger transactions.
Commercial awareness, client relationship skills and a willingness to participate in business development and mentoring.
