The role offers ownership of high‑value matters — including litigation in the High Court, Court of Appeal and international arbitration — and the opportunity to work on cross‑disciplinary sector projects such as sustainable aviation, advanced transport technology and related M&A and regulatory work.
The team is collaborative and client‑facing; the firm supports development and career progression for lawyers looking to build a market profile in aviation disputes and regulation.
- Qualified solicitor with the SRA or equivalent qualification in a Commonwealth jurisdiction
- Significant experience in commercial aviation disputes and/or aviation regulatory work (non‑insured disputes experience preferred)
- Proven ability to manage litigation and arbitration matters and take ownership of client work
- Commercial mindset, strong attention to detail and excellent judgment
- Collaborative team player with effective interpersonal skills and an appetite for business development
- Demonstrable interest in the aviation industry (formal air law qualifications helpful but not required)
