Qualified solicitor with the SRA or equivalent qualification in a Commonwealth jurisdiction
Significant experience in commercial aviation disputes and/or aviation regulatory work (non‑insured disputes experience preferred)
Proven ability to manage litigation and arbitration matters and take ownership of client work
Commercial mindset, strong attention to detail and excellent judgment
Collaborative team player with effective interpersonal skills and an appetite for business development
Demonstrable interest in the aviation industry (formal air law qualifications helpful but not required)
