Experienced banking & finance lawyer sought for a senior associate role in a leading Dutch full‑service practice. You will join a compact financing & restructuring team and work closely with colleagues across corporate, litigation, regulatory, real estate and notarial teams on domestic and cross‑border financings.

The role covers a broad range of finance work including acquisition and leveraged finance, project and structured finance, real‑estate lending and non‑bank financing. You will draft and negotiate loan and security documentation (including LMA-style documentation, intercreditor and direct agreements), prepare legal opinions and take transactions through to closing.

As part of the team you will be a visible client contact, help grow the practice by spotting market opportunities and contribute to knowledge development and coaching of more junior lawyers.

Master in Dutch law (LLM/JD equivalent)
4–8 years' post‑qualification experience in banking & finance, with exposure to both lender and borrower sides preferred
Proven experience with financing transactions and (LMA‑style) loan documentation
Good knowledge of property law, private international law and/or insolvency law; familiarity with restructuring is a plus
Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English
