Senior Associate, Banking & Finance — Kyiv

Senior Associate role in a busy banking & finance team based in Kyiv. The role focuses on structured finance, cross-border financings and debt restructurings, with exposure to capital markets, derivatives and related finance transactions.

The team is looking for an energetic, proactive lawyer who can handle multiple priorities, work independently and as part of a team, and communicate effectively in Ukrainian and English. The position offers work on high-quality, market-facing matters and a competitive package.

• 3–4 years' post-qualification experience in banking & finance transactions, including structured finance and cross-border work
• Ukraine legal qualification and a law degree from a reputable university
• Fluent written and spoken Ukrainian and strong business English
• Commercial mindset, strong interpersonal skills, good time management and ability to work under pressure
