Proven experience in a leading Banking & Finance practice with strong securitisation or structured finance exposure
Ability to run matters independently, manage transaction timelines and progress deals

Commitment to building a long‑term specialism in structured finance and mentoring junior team members
Qualifications/experience from Australian, New Zealand, US or other leading offshore firms welcomed
