Senior commercial contracts lawyer role within a well-established technology-focused practice. You will lead on high-value commercial projects, advising on sophisticated contracts across sectors such as retail, food & drink, sport and logistics, and providing pragmatic, commercially-focused advice on regulatory issues where required.

The team acts on complex, multi-party arrangements and cross-practice matters, offering scope to mentor junior lawyers, shape client relationships and contribute to business development. The role sits in a collaborative, progressive environment offering hybrid and flexible working options.

SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered lawyer.
Minimum 6 years' PQE in commercial contracts.
Proven experience drafting, negotiating and managing complex commercial agreements.
Comfort advising on related issues such as IP, data protection and consumer regulation (helpful but not essential).
Strong project management, stakeholder engagement and commercial judgement; collaborative team player with appetite for business development and mentoring.
