Senior Associate, Construction — Sydney

Senior‑associate role within a growing national Construction, Infrastructure & Projects team. The role focuses primarily on construction disputes across public and private sector clients, with scope to advise on procurement, contract negotiation and broader project lifecycle matters.

Work with partners on contested matters including security of payment adjudications and court/tribunal litigation in NSW. The team acts for a range of industry participants and offers varied matter exposure and mentoring responsibilities.

• At least 5 years post‑admission experience in construction law (PAE), ideally from a well‑regarded construction practice
• Proven experience in NSW courts and tribunals and security of payment adjudications
• Strong drafting skills, excellent communication and the ability to mentor junior lawyers and paralegals
• Self‑starter with a genuine interest in construction, able to manage a busy, collaborative workload
