• Qualified lawyer with excellent academic/legal qualifications
• Very good English skills; German language proficiency expected for day-to-day work
• Interest in M&A, private equity, corporate governance and commercial transactions
• Team-player with strong commercial awareness and willingness to work on international mandates
• Additional qualifications (LL.M. or doctorate) are a plus
