You will work alongside a collaborative group of experienced practitioners on sophisticated, cross-border work, with direct client contact from the outset.

The team's core strengths span mergers and acquisitions, public takeovers, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital, corporate reorganizations and structural measures, corporate governance and board advisory, shareholder meetings, activism preparedness, equity and debt capital markets, restructuring and distressed M&A, and business succession matters.

Excellent legal qualifications and strong English language skills
Additional qualifications such as an LL.M. or doctorate are welcome
