Senior Associate – Corporate (M&A)

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our highly regarded Corporate team in London. This role focuses on a broad range of mergers and acquisitions work, advising clients on complex domestic and cross-border transactions. You will work alongside leading partners on high-value deals, taking a lead role in day-to-day transaction management and client contact.

• Advising public and private companies, management teams, and investors on M&A transactions.
• Drafting and negotiating transaction documentation, including SPA and shareholders' agreements.
• Leading due diligence processes and coordinating with colleagues across practice areas.
• Supporting business development and contributing to the team's strategic growth.

You will be a solicitor or barrister with 4+ years' PQE gained in a strong corporate practice, with a focus on M&A.

• Solid experience in private M&A, ideally including cross-border transactions.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and supervise junior team members.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
