An established international full-service law firm is seeking a Corporate Senior Associate with 4–5 years of experience to join its corporate practice. The role is open across the firm's US offices.

The position focuses on corporate governance work within a broader corporate practice, advising clients on governance frameworks, board and shareholder matters, and related transactional and advisory matters. You will work closely with a sophisticated client base at the intersection of business, technology, and regulatory considerations.

4–5 years of corporate practice experience
