Corporate Senior Associate

Senior associate opportunity within a national corporate practice handling M&A, complex transactional work and corporate governance matters. The role is open across multiple U.S. offices and will involve lead drafting, negotiating transactions, and advising public and private company clients.

Successful candidates will work closely with partners and deal teams across offices, take ownership of substantial portions of transactions, and contribute to client development and practice growth. The firm emphasizes professional development, high-quality work, and collaborative team culture.

• 4-5 years post-JD corporate / transactional experience (PQE)
• Strong M&A and transactional drafting and negotiation skills
• Experience advising on corporate governance and public-company matters preferred
• J.D. from accredited law school and active bar admission or eligibility to be admitted
