Senior Associate opportunity to join a market-leading Corporate M&A team in Melbourne. The role offers hands-on exposure to a broad range of complex public and private M&A, ECM and corporate advisory matters, working alongside senior practitioners and cross-office deal teams.

The team operates collaboratively across Australian offices and on high-profile regional transactions. The firm promotes structured mentoring, formal professional development and a supportive environment that encourages commercial, client-focused advice.

• 2–4 years PQE in corporate/M&A practice
• Experience on public and private M&A and general corporate advisory matters
• Strong analytical, technical drafting and client-facing skills; clear commercial judgment
• Commitment to client service, interest in mentoring and knowledge sharing, and participation in business development
• Curiosity about leveraging AI and other productivity tools in legal work
• Right to work in Australia (must hold necessary visas/approvals)
