Experienced corporate/M&A team in Munich is seeking (Senior) Associates to support complex national and cross-border M&A, joint ventures and restructurings. The role covers public and private deals with a strong sector focus on finance, energy, infrastructure and automotive, and includes work with ESG-related transactions and corporate law issues.

The position offers early responsibility on international mandates, collaboration in small multidisciplinary teams, and structured mentoring and training. Hybrid working and modern IT support are provided, alongside a comprehensive national and international professional development programme.

Qualified lawyer with either entry-level or prior corporate/M&A experience (Germany)
Strong performance in state examinations
Fluent English; international experience advantageous
Interest in ESG, sustainability and sector-specific matters (energy, infrastructure, finance, automotive)
Team-oriented, communicative and comfortable taking ownership of work
