Corporate Senior Associate — Corporate (M&A / Transactional)

Senior associate role for an experienced corporate lawyer to join a busy transactional team. The position focuses on M&A and general corporate transactions, working on deal execution, contract drafting, and client-facing advisory matters across a range of industries.

The role sits within a national, full-service firm with multiple U.S. offices and offers significant exposure to complex cross-border and domestic transactions. Successful candidates will work closely with partners and other senior lawyers on all stages of deals, from diligence through closing.

• 4–5 years post-qualification experience in corporate/M&A or transactional work
• Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, ancillary transaction documents, and related corporate work
• Strong project management and client communication skills; comfortable working on cross-office teams
• J.D. (or equivalent), admitted to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
