A leading international law firm is seeking a corporate senior associate with four to five years of post-JD experience to join its Palo Alto-based corporate team, focusing on emerging growth companies and venture capital.

The role centers on advising high-growth, venture-backed companies and their investors through the full lifecycle of the corporate relationship — from formation and early-stage financings through subsequent funding rounds and later-stage transactions. Candidates should be comfortable operating at the intersection of technology, business, and law, and eager to take on meaningful responsibility in a client-facing environment.
