Senior Associate – Corporate

Senior Associate opportunity in a busy UK corporate team. You will lead transactional work across a varied UK and international client base, working on M&A, disposals, joint ventures, buy-outs, public takeovers, IPOs (principally AIM) and equity fundraisings.

The role sits within an established, collegial corporate group operating across multiple UK offices. You will act as a primary client contact on day-to-day matters, manage and supervise complex transactions, and support business development and team growth with a view to long-term progression.

• Minimum 5 years' PQE in corporate transactional work
• Proven experience on M&A, disposals, joint ventures and equity transactions (including AIM IPOs)
• Strong academics (eg. 2:1 from a Russell Group university or equivalent) and excellent analytical skills
• Ability to manage matters, lead teams and build client relationships; commercial focus and proactive time/financial management
