Experienced corporate tax lawyer sought to join a well-established UK Corporate Tax team, with roles available in Bristol or London. The team operates across offices and supports hybrid and flexible working.

Work is varied and predominantly advisory and transactional, covering UK and cross-border tax advice for mid-market and international clients. Typical matters include tax structuring for private equity, funds, real estate and corporate transactions.

The team offers strong technical training, clear career progression and early client exposure within a collegiate environment aligned to sector-focused practices such as TMT, built environment, financial services, energy and life sciences.

Qualified solicitor/chartered tax adviser or equivalent with significant corporate or transactional tax experience
Strong technical knowledge of UK and international tax rules and structures
Experience on tax structuring for private equity, funds or real estate clients preferred
Comfortable working across offices and collaborating with corporate, real estate and finance teams
