Join a national employment team as a Senior Associate advising UK employers across both contentious and non-contentious work. You will handle tribunal litigation, disciplinary and grievance matters, discrimination and whistleblowing claims, policy and contract advice, restructures and redundancy programmes, and employment aspects of corporate transactions.

The team sits within a wider People & Reward network that includes employment, immigration and pensions specialists, giving access to a broad client base across sectors such as higher education, logistics, mobility, technology, retail and financial services. Minimum 5 years' PQE in employment law.
Strong experience in both contentious (ET litigation) and non-contentious employment work.
Proven ability to manage matters from start to finish and provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice.
Comfortable contributing to business development and supporting wider team growth.
