Senior Associate role in the Employment & Incentives team based in Amsterdam. You will join an established international employment practice advising on both contentious and transactional employment matters, including restructurings, international compensation and incentives, employee participation and global mobility.

The role involves managing disputes and litigation, advising on the employment aspects of corporate transactions, supporting clients with day-to-day workforce matters, and supervising and mentoring junior lawyers. You will work closely with colleagues across a global network on multi-jurisdictional matters.

Netherlands-qualified lawyer with 7–10 years' post-qualification experience (at least ~5 years in private practice)
Proven experience in employment law, handling both advisory and litigation matters
Strong drafting, analytical and organisational skills; able to manage multiple priorities to tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English; comfortable liaising with clients and stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and collaborate within a high-performing team
