Join a collaborative Employment & Incentives team in Melbourne handling a mix of litigious and transactional workplace matters. The role involves advising on employment, industrial relations, discrimination and safety law, including litigation in state and federal forums, workplace investigations, regulatory compliance and enterprise bargaining.

You will work as part of a global, sector-focused practice, supporting clients across workforce planning, restructures, integrations and the employment aspects of transactions, while supervising and mentoring junior team members.

  • Australian-qualified lawyer
  • 5–8 years post-qualification experience (substantial private practice experience preferred)
  • Demonstrated employment law experience, including disputes, investigations and regulatory matters
  • Strong communication, client management and team leadership skills
  • Commercial awareness and willingness to engage in business development
