Join a national employment & industrial relations team as a Senior Associate based in Brisbane. You will work on a broad mix of matters including enterprise bargaining, workplace change, dispute resolution and compliance across sectors such as energy, construction, manufacturing, financial services, retail and higher education.

The role emphasises high-quality technical work and client-focused, commercially practical advice. You will collaborate closely with experienced senior lawyers within a supportive, team-oriented environment and contribute to strategic workforce planning and dispute management matters.

Minimum ~6 months' experience at senior associate level or equivalent in employment/industrial relations
Strong technical knowledge of employment and industrial relations law and regulations
Excellent research, analytical and written/verbal communication skills
Proven client service orientation and ability to build client relationships
Experience with disputes in tribunals/Courts, enterprise bargaining and managing industrial action advantageous
Willingness to adopt legal technologies, including AI-enabled tools
