(Senior) Associate – Employment & Labor, Freiburg

Seeking an experienced employment lawyer to join a full-service practice in Freiburg. You will work on individual and collective labour law matters, advising and representing employer clients in both advisory and contentious proceedings.

The role involves early client contact, close collaboration with senior colleagues based in larger offices, and responsibility for drafting opinions, pleadings and employment-related agreements. You will contribute to strategy development on complex cases and support ongoing advisory mandates.

• German legal qualification (fully admitted) and strong academic record
• Practical experience in individual and collective labour law, including court representation
• Confident drafting and advisory skills; ability to work directly with clients
• Fluent German; team-oriented with good communication skills
