We are seeking a (Senior) Associate to join a dynamic Employment & Labor team in Freiburg. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer passionate about employment law to work on varied and challenging mandates in both individual and collective employment matters.

From day one, you will be actively involved in client contact, advising a diverse client base across different legal forms, industries, and sizes. You will work closely with experienced colleagues and receive close professional mentorship from senior partners.

You will advise and represent employers in all employment law matters, both in and out of court, analyze complex issues, and develop tailored strategies and practical solutions to meet client needs. This role offers a chance to sharpen your professional profile and build expertise from the outset.

Qualified German lawyer (Volljurist/in) with strong academic credentials
Prior experience in individual and collective employment law, ideally gained in a law firm or relevant environment
Excellent analytical and drafting skills
Client-focused approach with strong communication abilities
Team-oriented and able to work independently
Fluent in German; business-level English is an advantage
