We are seeking an experienced employment lawyer to join a nationally recognized Employment & Pensions team in Frankfurt. Working closely with partners, you will advise clients on complex, high-stakes legal questions and develop practical, business-aligned solutions, both domestically and internationally.

Core areas of work include restructuring and insolvency-related employment matters, international transactions and M&A, board and management-level issues, crisis management and communications, employment compliance, and litigation. You will have direct client contact and meaningful involvement in cross-border mandates from the outset.

Excellent legal qualifications and strong English skills
At least 3 years of professional experience in employment law
Additional qualifications such as an LL.M. or doctorate welcomed

Team-oriented mindset with the ability to take ownership
