Senior Associate, Energy & Regulation — Paris

Small Paris-based energy team is hiring a Senior Associate to advise on regulatory and operational matters across the electricity and natural gas sectors. The role covers both technical advisory work and contentious matters, working closely with other energy specialists.

You will join a compact team known for deep sector knowledge and a collaborative, cross-practice approach, delivering practical, value-added solutions to corporate and institutional clients.

• 6–10 years' post-qualification experience in a law firm, company or institution active in the energy sector
• Experience on regulatory and transactional matters and/or litigation in electricity and/or gas markets
• Ability to work in small, specialist teams and to manage technical, high-stakes matters
• Strong French legal drafting and advocacy skills
